Our Story Tagline

Established since 2012, ANTE builds its reputation through its creative use of pork. ANTE embraces quite often overlooked high-quality meat cuts, underappreciated ingredients and the fusing of unique flavour spectrums from different cuisines from around the world – a porky dining experience that is like nowhere else.

Our principles include constantly challenging ourselves, to be better in every respect from quality, service and presentation year on year. Each dish is practiced to perfection before it can be featured in our menu. Coupled with our promise to bring you flavours from around the world, you should expect our menu to change every year.

Pork belly glazed with Japanese Miso and Yuzukosho paste

Iberico Baby Ribs

Spanish Iberico baby ribs deep-fried in herbed batter, glazed with white shoyu honey (500g) and tossed with spring onions, garlic chips and togarashi dust

Baked Brie Wheel

Whole cheese wheel, served hot with slices of country bread, housemade pickles and side salad

Cut of 450g Pork Shoulder. Marbled cut of dark meat, fragrant Moroccan and Tunisian spiced rub

Cap of marbled dark meat with tender eye of loin and buttery charred fat, on the bone. Served with ANTE's Truffled Butter sauce

Pork Steak & Fries

Striploin cut of 300g lean meat with a flank of fatty skin. Served with house made premium black pepper gravy

Oven roasted with oregano, parsley, thyme and basil herbs (500g)

Roasted Half Spring Chicken

Halved herb-infused roasted spring chicken. Served with roasted mushrooms and peas

Braised, hearty pork stew with mixed vegetables and polenta

Hickory smoked, thick cut ANTE bacon with creamy polenta and corn tomato salsa

Minced pork Bolognese, flavours fortified with Modena red wine, garnished with pork crackling

Sauteed sea prawns, calamari and mussels on oven-dried tomato puree. Garnished with a pinch of saffron
